In-Store Pickup

We will email the address you supplied when your order is ready for you to pickup and you are required to bring a picture ID to collect your products. For information on the status of an in-store pickup order, please contact us directly at info@sundanceskishop.com or call (780) 432-0711.

FREE Shipping With-in Canada

Are you a crazy Canuck? Lucky you, if your order is $99 or over then you qualify for FREE ground shipping within Canada. Any applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when you place your order according to where the item is to be shipped. All orders are shipped from Sundance Ski & Snowboard Shop 4745 Gateway Boulevard, Edmonton AB, T6H 5C3 and can take 24 - 48 hours to process, in addition to the delivery times shown on our website. Isolated and rural areas may take longer so your patience is appreciated. Additional fees may apply. Once your order is placed, you will be notified with a tracking number for your shipment.

Shipping to the United States

Orders sent to the United States are shipped via Federal Express. All orders pass through customs and are subject to import duty, tax, and customs processing charges. A customs invoice will arrive with your package or may follow by mail. Recipients are responsible for paying any of these additional charges. Sundance Ski & Snowboard Shop will not give an estimate for these charges. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping restrictions can apply to certain products and/or destinations. These restrictions include but are not limited to regional distribution agreements, hazardous goods, any over-sized products, or with complicated customs terms.

Your shopping experience is a reflection of our success. Everything we sell comes with a guarantee. If you decide that your new unused item is not going to work out, within 15 days you have the option of returning your purchase. We can provide you with a full refund or exchange, it's that easy.

Qualifiers

All items must be returned in their original packaging, tags, documentation, accessories and condition. Your package must be returned within 15 days of receiving your RA number. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance except for any errors made by Sundance Ski & Board Shop.
